Delete App Account

Use this form to request deletion of a FullCourtHQ parent/guardian or coach portal account. The app account loses access to the team portal after the request is verified.

Payments, Stripe IDs, subscriptions, refunds, waivers, bookings, audit logs, roster history, and legally or operationally required records may be retained. Child/player records and active billing are not automatically deleted or cancelled.

Public rental, day-pass, and one-time purchaser records are handled as privacy support requests because those purchases do not create app accounts in the first mobile release.
